This patient came to see Dr. D. J. Campbell after having a bilateral mastectomy due to breast cancer. A general surgeon removed the patient's breast, and Dr. Campbell and the patient decided to proceed with an immediate breast reconstruction with tissue expanders under the muscle. This patient came to see Dr. Ed Abell and the Aesthetic Center of Gainesville unhappy with the size of her breasts. At the time of her consult her breast size was 32A, and she desired to be a full C cup. During surgery at the amublatory surgery center at the Aesthetic Center of Gainesville, Dr. Abell inserted 350 cc saline filled breast implants through a 3-inch incision in the patient's inframammary fold.
