Our beautiful 10,000 sq. foot facility was designed with your comfort, safety, and privacy in mind. This includes a state of the art outpatient surgery center with the highest level of certification by the Accreditation Association for Ambulatory Healthcare (AAAHC). A full service skin care spa, and dedicated laser center are also on site. Ample parking plus a private post surgical entrance are provided. All your cosmetic needs are under one roof at Premier Image Cosmetic and Laser Surgery.

Dr. Marc Klein brings with him 15 years of experience in the art of body sculpturing. He is board certified and an active member of the American Society of Plastic Surgery, American Medical Association, American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery and the American College of Surgeons.
After completing his undergraduate education at the Duke University, Dr. Klein graduated from the Rutgers Medical College with his medical degree. His post-doctoral training began with a residency in general surgery at University of Maryland and a plastic surgery residency at the Medical College of Wisconsin. Dr. Klein then served two specialty fellowships in cosmetic surgery at the prestigious University of Maryland and the Maryland Shock Trauma in Baltimore. Dr. Klein has performed over 10,000 procedures for people throughout Georgia and across the United States.
