Payment Options
Full payment is required in advance for all procedures. Cashiers checks, cash and all major credit cards are accepted. Personal checks will be accepted well in advance of a scheduled procedure(a minimun of two weeks). Financing is available through a variety of lenders including CareCredit amd Capital One. We will gladly assist you with the application process. Alternatively, interest-free payments may be made in amounts that are comfortable for you in advance of your procedure.
Dr. Rubinstein accepts all insurance plans but does not participate in any plans. All procedures covered by insurance are performed as an out of network provider. As a courtesy to our patients we are happy to prepare and submit claims on your behalf.

Appointments at other times may be made to accommodate special circumstances.
Dr. Rubinstein is on-call 24 hours daily. After hours phone calls are transferred
directly to Dr. Rubinstein's pager. He is always available to his patients.
