This patient was very interested in having a large breast augmentation with silicone implants placed subglandular through an inframammary incision. She came to my practice because of several referrals from previous patients. She had a 475cc. silicone implant placed on the right side, and a 450cc. silicone implant on the left side. She went from a C cup to a DD cup bra.

The patient traveled to Tampa and to my practice to have a breast lift with a moderate reduction in the size of the breasts. She had a right breast reduction of 180gm., and a left side reduction of 225gm. She now is 6 months following her surgery and is very pleased with the results.
