I had loose skin & fat & a weak abdominal wall, along with a right inguinal hernia, even though I was not fat. Dr Porcaro fixed the hernia at the same time as the tummy tuck, under tumescent anesthesia & IV sedation in Dr Porcaro's accredited facility. I love my new look! I also had Botox & several fillers and a breast augmentation/lift done by Dr Porcaro.
