Dr Harrell places emphasis on first class service and ‘takes the time’ to ensure each patient is heard and understood. He takes great pride in his nasal surgery techniques, the scar less (transumbilical) breast augmentation and his skill in inject able fillers. He is also extensively trained and accomplished in liposuction including laser, ultrasound and tumescent techniques.
