| I live in Los Angeles but chose to travel to FL to have Dr. Gershenbaum as my surgeon because he had come so highly recommended. I had a full TT w/muscle repair and he did a masterful job. I was given fantastic care by both the doctor and his staff and my result, only 5 mo's later, is unbelievable. I could not be happier. Having already had implants, I have already done the research years ago and trust my D.O so I made an appointment for a consultation. As soon as I walked in the door, I knew I was in the right place. The front desk staff are so friendly!!!!! You instantly feel welcome. When you meet the doctor, well as with most plastic surgeons, he is all business. He is very serious about what he does and he DOES NOT try to upsell you on anything. He is conservative which in my opinion is comforting. The morning of my surgery everyone made me feel soooo safe and comfortable. I have been back 3 times for follow up visits so he definitley makes sure everything is going well. The staff also calls to check on you periodically and are genuinely concerned about how you feel. After previously chickening out with a doctor in my area I did a little more research and found Aventura Center for Cosmetic Surgery. The minute a walked in the the door I knew my search was over. The staff was so welcoming and extremely friendly!!! Dr. Gershenbaum was the seventh doctor I had a consultation with and the last!. He is very professional while making you feel at home and expresses all possible options and which would be the best for you. I knew that I was going to need a breast lift to a certain extent but was unsure about the implant size I wanted and if I even wanted them. He never tried to sell me the product but rather suggested that we start off with just a lift and work from there. I am truly not a medical person...I faint when getting my blood drawn, but on the day of my surgery my nerves were all put to rest. It was a fabulous experience and I owe it all to Dr. Gershenbaum and every single member of his staff!!.It has been three weeks since my surgery and I am absolutley impressed.
