Cost of Consultation Applied Toward Surgery Payment Options
If you have questions about the various payment options or potential insurance benefits can contact our practice. We would be more than happy to provide you with specific information.
There is a $50 consultation fee that is applied to your surgery. At the time of scheduling your consultation with Dr. Fiala, the $50 will be charged to your credit card.
To schedule and hold a surgery date, a $1000 deposit is required. Payment for your procedure is due in full on the date of preoperative appointment, which is 10 - 14 days prior to your surgery date. We provide a number of payment options, including those available below.
