We are 30 minutes from Denver International Airport and 20 minutes from downtown Denver. We are centrally located around Colorado's largest cities: 30 minutes from Colorado Springs, 1 hour from Boulder and 90 minutes from Ft. Collins. Many patients from out-of-state and out-of-country which we can accommodate as well.

WHO WE ARE: We are surgical sub-specialists in women's health issues. Urogynecology is a subspecialty of obstetrics and gynecology that is dedicated to the treatment of pelvic floor disorders leading to problems with urinary, bowel, or sexual functioning. Dr. Oscar A. Aguirre, the Founder and Director of Pelvic Specialty Care, is a fellowship-trained urogynecologist who leads a highly-qualified staff in providing expert state-of-the-art urogynecologic and aesthetic gynecologic care.
WHAT WE DO: We specialize in surgical and non-surgical options for urogynecologic disorders. We also perform pelvic reconstructive surgery, vaginal rejuvenation, cosmetic gynecology, and aesthetic vaginal surgery. We perform a complete urogynecologic evaluation for referring physicians and of patients who are self referred from the Rocky Mountain Region and beyond. Most of our surgeries are minimally invasive and thus are performed in an outpatient setting or require only overnight stays.
WHY WE ARE UNIQUE: As a preeminent pelvic surgeon, providing urogynecologic care for 10 years, Dr. Aguirre is ideally suited to address both women's functional and aesthetic concerns. Women who have concerns of their vulvar appearance or vaginal function should seek out the care of an experienced urogynecologic specialist as they are best suited to identify and treat the underlying problem. Dr. Aguirre has 2 extra years of training in vaginal and pelvic floor surgery compared to most other gynecologists who perform vaginal rejuvenation. Likewise most plastic surgeons have had little if any vaginal surgery training. As an Associate of the Laser Vaginal Rejuvenation Institute of America Dr. Aguirre is able to perform his procedures with the same techniques and skills pioneered by Dr. David Matlock while having the broadest background in pelvic reconstructive surgery.
