Dr. Gary Motykie specializes in cosmetic plastic surgery. He works closely with each patient to develop an individualized plan of treatment and is dedicated to helping you achieve a natural post-surgical look.
Dr. Motykie performs a wide array of both surgical and non-surgical cosmetic procedures, including face lifts, brow lifts, rhinoplasty, abdominoplasty and liposuction; breast lifts, breast augmentation and breast reduction; BOTOX®, collagen, Restylane®, Thermage™ and chemical peels; and a variety of laser procedures.

Dr. Gary Motykie MD earned his undergraduate degree in the challenging field of Bio-Medical engineering. During this time, Dr. Motykie was involved with advanced medical research projects, which included studying artificial organs, prosthetic limbs and the neurophysiology of the brain. After graduating with highest honors and multiple academic awards, Dr. Motykie followed his dream to study medicine.
Dr. Gary Motykie received his doctorate in medicine at Northwestern University in Chicago where he found a passion for the surgical specialties. During this time, Dr Motykie established and operating the first post-graduate fellowship in advanced surgical research. As Dr Motykie neared the completion of medical degree, his scientific achievements and natural talent propelled him towards the field of plastic surgery.
Dr. Motykie trained in plastic surgery at the University of Texas where he performed surgery at one of the top cancer and burn reconstruction facilities in the world. During this time, Dr Motykie was also fortunate to have the opportunity to travel and work with some of the top cosmetic plastic surgeons in Miami. Throughout this time, Dr. Motykie continued to present his work nationally and he authored numerous journal articles and scientific papers on a wide variety of plastic surgical topics.
In order to further establish himself as an elite expert in the field of cosmetic plastic surgery, Dr Motykie completed a very prestigious Advanced Cosmetic Surgery Fellowship in Beverly Hills. Upon successful completion of the fellowship, Dr Motykie began his private practice in Los Angeles California where he continues to practice today.
