34 year old Upland female 5?6?, l33 lbs with small B-cup breasts with Grade III ptosis (sagging) post nursing 3 children 6 months post breast augmentation with full mastopexies (breast lifts), using 450cc smooth round saline breast implants to D-cup breasts This patient has a traditional anchor-scar (to perform the lift) with fairly good sized implants. The only way that I could have achieved this much of a lift with this degree of shaping of the breasts was to perform a full lift. The post-operative picture is still somewhat early, as the scars will continue to fade and the breasts will still settle just enough for the nipple position to raise slightly. The patient moved out of town, and I was unable to get a longer term follow-up.
