27 year old Placentia female with premature sagging of the breasts. No history of nursing. 7 months post bilateral full mastopexies and bilateral breast augmentation with 325cc smooth round saline breast implants. This patient simply wanted more fullness and elevation of her breasts. I presented various options for lifts for the patient (doughnut mastopexy, areolar lift), and she realized that the only way to get the elevation of the nipple and areola of each breast to the point that she wanted them was to have a standard lift. I had showed the patient results of the ?lesser? procedures in other patients, and the patient realized that this procedure was the most effective means to meet her expectations
