33 year old Bakersfield female, 5' 5" l33 lbs post 3 children and nursing with small B- cup breasts and grade III ptosis (sagging) 7 months post operative full mastopexies (lifts) with bilateral saline breast augmentations using 425cc smooth round saline implants to full C/ small D cup implants. This patient had breast asymmetry to begin with, with her right breast being lower than the right. Her scars still are not fully mature yet (takes over 1 year for them to fade), yet the shape of the breasts has settled by this point. She, in general, has very nice shaping to breasts, which is seen more clearly on the angle and side views.
