52 year old San Clemente female with significant sagging of breasts after losing over 75 lbs. 11 months post-operative bilateral full mastopexies and bilateral saline breast augmentations with 325cc smooth round saline breast implants to D-cup breasts After this patient lost 75 pounds, she was a candidate for several procedures. I had actually performed a facelift, browlift, armlift, and tummy tuck on this patient (in different stages). This shows one stage of the procedures, concerning the breasts. The medial arm lift was performed 8 months later, and I still do not have postoperative pictures on this stage. Concerning the breasts, I have obtained a nice improvement in the shape, especially given the pre-operative asymmetry and shape. Notice how nicely the anchor scars end up fading (after several months. . .usually more than one year)
