For this patient, a Trabuco Canyon woman I went with 425cc smooth round saline breast implants to Full C/ Small D cup breasts.
Although this patient is very thin, I was able to create a very full, yet natural look. She was emphatic about not having any roundness at the top of her breasts (or as commonly described as a "shelf like" look). From all views, the breasts look natural, yet they are certainly very full.
