300 cc smooth round saline breast implants to full B-Cup breasts.
This is the type of patient that poses some challenge pre-operatively, in that she has almost no lower part of the breast to begin with. I had to basically create her inframammary fold (lower breast crease). She obviously wanted to go very conservative, as she did not want the appearance of having a breast augmentation.

This patient a Placentia woman was very concerned about having a natural look post-operatively, but also achieving enough fullness to compliment her long upper torso. I went with fairly conservative sized implants, 350cc smooth round saline breast implants to Mid C cup, gaining a very nice conservative look. This patient, a Garden Grove woman, had pre-existing asymmetry. This patient had a saline breast augmentation in the early 90's by a Plastic Surgeon in Beverly Hills. She had developed a deflation of the left breast implant (occurs in small percentage in patients--in her case, as a result of an automobile accident).
