Patient had Full Face Laser Skin Resurfacing performed under IV Sedation. Laser Skin Resurfacing is a procedure performed to help improve the texture of the skin and improve wrinkles bu 60 to 70 percent. The lines around the mouth are the hardest to treat but you do get improvement.

Patient was bothered by the haviness and overhang of skin on the upperlids. A Blepharoplasty alone does not change lid or brow position. In this patient's particular case his lid postion on the left upperlid was lower than the right and rested along his pupil, so in addition to the Blepharoplasty, muscle tightening of the left upper eyelid was performed as well.
