Patient came in interested in Liposuction to her neck. Patient had complained about her "double chin" getting in the way when looking down to work on computer. Patient proceeded with the procedure under mild IV sedation. When doing Liposuction to the neck Dr. Justo always consults with patients about realistic expectations and with liposuction to the neck there will be subtle improvement and do not expect to get a "chizzled neck". Patient complained of heaviness to his upper eyelids. He felt that somedays there was a big weight on them. Patient also had difficulty seeing as his lids hung over his lashes obstructing his vision. Patient underwent Upper eyelid Blepharoplasty under local anesthesia which took about 30 minutes. Patient was very happy with the results of the surgery and could tell the difference in his peripheral vision.

Patient came in wanting some improvement in his chest area. Dr. Justo consulted patient on Liposuction to the male breasts. This area is a tough area to treat as it is a fiborous area and really have to be aggressive when liposuctioning. Patient was given realistic expectations as there would be improvement but patient would not have "chizz;led pecks". Patient chose to have procedure done under IV Sedation, but it can be done under local anesthesia as well.

Patient came in for a consultation with Dr. Justo complaining of her vision being restricted from her eyelids. This patient did not have the normal type of eyelid drooping which is excess skin, patient's lid position was low resting over her pupil. Patient underwent an eyelid muscle tightening of both eyes under local anesthesia. The procedure is called a Muellerectomy and takes about 30 minutes to do both upper eyelids.
