About Jim Elkins, MD - Rogers, Arkansas (AR)

Dr. Elkins was born and raised in the beautiful state of Arkansas. He was the first Board Certified Obstetrician Gynecologist to practice in Benton County. Dr. Elkins and Dr. Harry Harmon established the Rogers Clinic for Women and Children in 1977. Soon after beginning practice he attended one of the first liposuction post-graduate courses in the United States at the Graduate Hospital in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Dr. Elkins was the first physician in Arkansas to do liposuction and one of the first physicians in the mid-United States to perform liposuction. Over the years, he has continued to study, learn and perform new cosmetic procedures.
