He is double board certified by the American Board of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery and the American Board of Otolaryngology. Dr. Martin holds the position of fellow in both the American Academy of Facial Plastic Surgery and the American Academy of Otolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery.

As a leader in LASER procedures, he has conducted seminars for other surgeons and physicians in both surgical procedure and technique.
