I have been extremely pleased by my experiences with Dr. Alex Gross and the Georgia Dermatology Center. The services that I have received include Tumescent Liposuction, ReFirme, VelaShape, and Botox injections.
During one of my appointments for Botox, I noticed a brochure in the office that dealt with abnormal moles. I asked Dr. Gross to look at a mole that had been examined several times by another dermatologist. Though the other doctor thought that this mole was nothing to worry about, Dr. Gross was concerned and performed a biopsy. The mole turned out to be precancerous, and was fortunately removed before becoming malignant.
I was thrilled with the Liposuction procedure performed by Dr.Gross. I had been wanting to do this procedure but was nervous about having to undergo general anesthesia. When Dr. Gross told me that he could do the procedure in his office with local anesthesia, I was sold. I was allayed of any concerns about not being in a hospital operating room because Dr. Gross's office is adjacent to Northside Forsyth Hospital. The procedure was performed flawlessly and I completely recovered in a few days. I have received many unsolicited compliments about my procedure and have referred many of my friends to Dr. Gross.
I have also been concerned about facial skin aging, but do not want to have a facelift. Dr. Gross recommended Thermage which rebuilds collagen and tightens the skin and ReFirme which smooths away fine lines and wrinkles.
