In 1987, Kitman came to Los Angeles to spread her wings. She became the vice president of the Los Angeles Monita Hair and Beauty Center . In a few years time, she had successfully established Monita as the image of beauty and grace; she also created a new trend of beauty among the communities of Los Angeles . Kitman had since been a registered member of the American Institution of Aesthetics (AIA), and life time member of the International organization of beauty, the Comite International d’Esthetique et de Cosmetologie (CIDESCO).

Hazel Ng, RD

Registered Dietitian

Ms. Ng graduated from UC Berkeley with a degree in Nutrition & Clinical Dietetics in 1995. She completed her internship at Glendale Memorial Hospital, California. She worked as a supervising nutritionist at the WIC program and the clinical dietitian at the Childrens Hospital Los Angeles after she graduated from her internship program. She then relocated to Hong Kong as the Vice-president of Diet Asia Nutrition Consultation Center. There, she developed various weight loss programs and served as a great nutrition resource for the medias. She has authored the first multimedia weight management tools "The Weight Management Kit" during her stay in Hong Kong. She was also active in teaching at the extension nutrition program at the Chinese University and the prenatal class at the hospitals. In the year 2000, Ms. Ng has become the founding member of the Weight Management Practice Group of the American Dietetic Association and obtained her Certificate of Training in Adult Weight Management in the US.

Mr. Thomas Leung

Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioner

Mr. Leung began his healthcare career as a Hong Kong registered physical therapist. He learned the Traditional Chinese Medicine and acupuncture in the Hong Kong University and the Jinan University of Guangzhou. Though he had over 20 years of clinical experience, Thomas never stops on extending his study in the latest acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine in selected topics in . He is also a productive healthcare writer. His articles were published in the Hong Kong major newspapers and magazines. In addition to this, he also had written four healthcare books, and is frequently interviewed by the radio, TV and the major media.
