This patient had old Composite Veneers placed in another office some years prior. As you can see, the shade is dark, the surface texture and luster is absent and there is decay (the dark spots). The old veneers were removed and new veneers were placed giving the patient a much more pleasant appearance. The edges of the teeth were rounded to give the patient a more youthful appearance.

Many people have discolored teeth due to water or medicine that they consumed as a child or due to poor quality tooth enamel. With the modern dental materials that we have today, this problem can be easily corrected. Look at the ?after? photograph and see if you don?t agree that this patient is happy with her new smile.

The six upper teeth are chipped, rotated, discolored and misaligned. After bleaching the upper and lower teeth, 8 ceramic veneers were placed on the upper front teeth to stop the deterioration of the teeth and create a more pleasing smile.
