By making very subtle changes to the worn biting edges of front teeth, a more youthful appearance can be achieved. In this case, the biting edges of the front teeth were slightly rounded making the teeth less square in shape.

This patient had old Composite Veneers placed in another office some years prior. As you can see, the shade is dark, the surface texture and luster is absent and there is decay (the dark spots). The old veneers were removed and new veneers were placed giving the patient a much more pleasant appearance. The edges of the teeth were rounded to give the patient a more youthful appearance.
