Sometimes, it takes a traumatic event to help one decide to improve their smile. This Patient fractured an existing crown. She decided to replace just the 2 front crowns. It was interesting to find out that the previous DDS had replaced the crowns twice. Still, the result was less than optimal and more importantly,it was not acceptable to the Patient.

White spots or hypercalcified areas can create quite the Aesthetic dilema. After a long period of time, this Patient decided she wanted to improve her smile. We placed 2 porcelain veneers(laminates) which matched the natural tooth pretty well. She was quite happy with the result.
