This patient has some previous crowns over 25 yrs old, and the patient grinds her teeth. The old crowns were very worn, discolored and uneven looking. She was concerened with the severe wear, and unatractive look of her lower teeth. To restore this case, we need to bring the patient bite back to a normal height.

This patient had many teeth missing ,broken, out of position, and she was unable to smile or eat well. Her case is not yet completed. We have reestablished her bite and her smile, but in the photos you see, her upper teeth are still her TEMPORARY restorations.
