Micha is from Charlotte, North Carolina and was interested in cosmetic dentistry for her front teeth. She had very thin enamel and teeth chipping. Micha was also not happy with the shape of her teeth. She wanted to get something done quickly and needed to stay within a strict budget. After discussing the options we decided that four (4) composite or direct bonding veneers with a gum lift would best meet her needs. The gum lift was completed by using a Biolase Waterlase MD laser and involved minimal bleeding or trauma to the tissue. By doing the gum lift with a laser we were able to create a more natural and uniform shape to the teeth and gums. The veneers were completed at the same appointment with a minimal amount of local anesthetic. Micha was comfortable throughout the procedure which lasted right around 2 hours and very pleased with the results.
