After years of providing individual, couples, and family therapy with persons who are adults through preteen, I continue to feel a great sense of satisfaction in being a part of people growing, changing, and finding a more peaceful psychological space in which to live. Therapy provided includes the use of cognitive, intrapersonal, interpersonal, psychodynamic, and Gestalt techniques. My skills afford me the pleasure of assisting those with depression, anxiety, relationship problems, difficulty in recovering from a trauma, problems in adjusting to life, and other psychological difficulties.
