Dr. Seger, a native of Lubbock, Texas, earned his medical degree from the University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio.
He was named a “Top Doctor” in the most recent issue of Scene in SA Monthly magazine in the area of bariatric surgery.
He is a member of the American Society for Metabolic and Bariatric Surgery, Bexar County Medical Society, Society of American Gastrointestinal Surgeons and the Texas Association of Bariatric Surgeons, of which he serves as a board member and treasurer. |
