At my highest weight, I was 343 lbs. I realized I was headed towards 350. In my mid 40's at the time, I was suffering from border line hypertension, high cholesterol, atrial fibrillation, incontinence, and obstructive sleep apnea not to mention the pain in my knees trying to support all that weight.
