Had a patient walk in to my office and her first Q to me was can you help me ?
What is your charity organization of choice and why?
I believe that charity work should not be limited to one Organization .charity work is for the human race in general ,Doing Good to help people should not have a limit to one organization.
What does living in the Washington community mean to you?
Very Crowded and Expensive, but i love it because it is cosmopolitan and diverse .
What is your favorite quote or saying?

When (your age) did you first realize you wanted to become a surgeon? And did you experience anything in particular to motivate you to achieve this prestigious goal?
I decided to go to medical school to become a surgeon when i was 16 years old
Can you tell us in your own words what you consider a perfect outcome of a surgical procedure?
A perfect out come of any surgical procedure is the one which will save the patients life or will change patients life in a way to enables them going back to almost the regular daily activities,elevate the different types of pains which they used to suffer whether it is psychological or somatic pain.
What is your favorite procedure to perform and why?
Any minimal Invasive Laparoscopic surgical procedure .
I believe that The more respect we have to human tissue(by implementing minimal invasive techniques and using most recent technological aids) the better results we will get in the way of less post operative pain, better results ,less destruction of human immune defense systems and faster recovery and going back to work.
What procedure would you like to do more of and why?
Bariatric weight reduction procedures
Bariatric surgery gives really amazing ,rewarding long term results if the surgeon patient partnership model succeeds .and the patients goes through the extensive preoperative evaluation and educational process and gets the right procedures according to their eating habits and life style.
In a perfect world, when would you like to retire, where would you go and what would you do?
Retire Never
But after may be some years i will slow down and start teaching,preparing,supervising and passing my experience to the new generation of surgeons who will take care of me and my patients and my family members if we needed a surgeon.
