Support Groups
Our support groups are sponsored by Northern Colorado Surgical Associates. In Fort Collins the main support group is called Light for Life, and it meets on the last Monday of each month at 6 p.m. at PoudreValleyHospital (1024 S. Lemay Ave., Fort Collins, CO).
A new group (for patients only) has been started. It's called Changing Weighs and focuses on psychological concerns. It meets at 6:30 p.m. on the second Monday of the month at PVH in the Spring Creek Room (lower level). The cost is $10 per session. The facilitator is Dr. Pat DeMarco, Ph.D.
