 |  My weight has been between 148 and 150lbs for about 6 months now, and before that, i was was about 10lbs higher for 6 months. My surgery weight was 315 and my highest was 348. I run 4-5 days per week for a total of 20-30 miles per week and have completed 4 half marathons in the last year and a half.
