Educational Background
A graduate of the University of Baghdad School of Medicine, Dr. Munasifi was Senior Surgical House Officer at Khalidy Hospital in Beirut prior to completing his Straight Surgical Internship at Providence Hospital in Washington, D.C.
He served his Surgical Residency at the University of Miami Hospitals in Miami, Florida before being named Chief Resident in Surgery at that same hospital. He completed a Residency in Plastic Surgery at Georgetown University Hospital in Washington, D.C. in 1980 where he served as Chief Resident in Plastic Surgery until 1981.
