Plastic and Cosmetic Surgery Center of Texas is one of only a few state-licensed surgical facilities in Texas. It is the cornerstone of our practice to never 'cut' corners; therefore, I built a state-of-the-art 7,500-square-foot facility in Plano that offers two surgical suites that are state-licensed. The facility has also passed the very stringent standards of the Federal Medicare Program.

Combined, Dr. Robert Wilcox and Dr. Alan Dulin have over 21 years of Plastic Surgery experience. The very latest of techniques are utilized in our State Licensed, Medicare approved private, on site surgical center.
Alan Dulin, M.D. completed his undergraduate degree at Henderson State University in Arkadelphia, Arkansas, where he was named to the Dean's List and was awarded the President's Scholarship for his academic achievements. Dr. Dulin attended the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences in Little Rock, where he was awarded the Barton Scholarship in his first year for outstanding academic performance. He was elected into the Alpha Omega Alpha medical honor society, graduating in the top ten percent of his class. Dr. Dulin trained in General Surgery at the University Hospital and Children's Hospital in Little Rock, Arkansas. During this time, he had extended training in burn treatment and Plastic Surgery. Following this, he accepted a Plastic Surgery residency position at Scott and White Hospital in Temple, Texas, under the direction of the former President of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons. During his training, he scored highest in the nation on the annual Plastic Surgery In-service Examination. He completed an additional year as chief resident in Plastic Surgery with expanded clinical duties.
