In the midst of the ever changing health care system, in order to meet these new challenges, improve quality of care, and meet your expectations; I have implemented a focused team care model. This structure allows me to attend to urgent consults, improve efficiency, and most importantly, spend quality time with each and every patient.

One thing that differentiates my practice from any other Plastic Surgery practice in the Las Vegas region is not only my experience, but also my highly qualified and experienced staff. Each one of my cosmetic patients will be directed through their Cosmetic Surgery experience by the help of my Masters Prepared nurse, Sandie Harvey. A large part of Sandie's Masters' work focused on nursing theory and philosophy. Referring to these principles aids her in understanding and evaluating your goals.
