Christopher Englert, NP-MS attended the University of Rochester for undergraduate studies, and then completed his master's degree at the University of Buffalo. As a Nurse Practitioner, Chris has experience in emergency medicine and has specialty training in plastic and reconstructive surgery at Strong Memorial Hospital in Rochester, NY. Chris has also worked as a clinical consultant with pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies in the education/development of new medical treatments in the medical community. This diverse experience enables Chris to provide treatment for patients utilizing the most current therapies and procedures in the care of patients. Chris has spent the last several years working as a dermatology nurse practitioner in Rochester, New York.

MSN, CRNP Nurse Practitioner

Katie Piccoli, MSN, CRNP is a nurse practitioner. She graduated from the University of Maryland School of Nursing where she received both her Bachelors and Masters degrees. Prior to receiving specialized training at the University of Maryland Department of Dermatology, Katie spent many years as a medical/surgical nurse at Johns Hopkins Hospital and the University of Maryland Medical Center. She is certified as a nurse practitioner through the American Nurses Credentialing Center and is a member of several professional organizations including Sigma Theta Tau, the Nurse Practitioner Association of Maryland, and the Dermatology Nurses Association.

Brittney Hughes

MPAS, PA-C

Brittney Hughes, MPAS, PA-C completed her undergraduate studies at Messiah College in Grantham, PA with a degree in Psychology. She then received her Masters Degree in Physician Assistant Studies from Towson University/CCBC Essex in 2005. While completing her medical rotations in areas such as Surgery, Emergency Medicine, Pediatrics, and Family Practice, Brittney elected to spend two rotations specializing in Dermatology. It is within this field where she discovered her true passion, eagerness, and enthusiasm. Brittney is certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants. She is licensed by the Maryland State Board of Physicians and is an active member of the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants, American Academy of Physician Assistants, and the Maryland Academy of Physician Assistants. As a Physician Assistant who has embraced the medical and surgery speciality of dermatology, Brittney is licensed and qualified to perform comprehensive dermatological examinations, and to diagnose, treat, and prescribe appropriate medical therapy. Brittney provides superior patient care as an integral part of the North Baltimore Dermatology team. She is skilled in performing procedures that include shave biopsies, punch biopsies, cryotherapy, laser treatments and similar procedures.

Caroline Harvey

Caroline Harvey, MPAS, PA-C is a certified Physician Assistant, specializing in Dermatology. She is a graduate of Towson University where she received both her Bachelors Degree in Psychology and her Master's Degree in Physician Assistant Studies. Caroline is licensed by the State of Maryland and certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants. She is an active member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants, Maryland Academy of Physician Assistants and the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants. Caroline's qualifications enable her to diagnose and treat acute and chronic skin conditions and to perform a wide variety of skin surgeries, including biopsies, excisions of benign and precancerous lesions and suture repairs. She is also highly skilled and trained in the latest cosmetic dermatology procedures.

Meghan A. Berger

Meghan Berger, MPAS, PA-C completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Maryland, College Park, with a degree in Zoology. During her undergraduate career, Meghan worked at Johns Hopkins in a Melanoma research lab, as well as a clinical assistant at the Johns Hopkins Out Patient dermatology clinic. It was there where Meghan discovered her passion for patient care, as well as for dermatology. She then received her masters degree in Physician Assistant studies from Towson University/CCBC Essex in 2008. During her schooling, she rotated through many medical rotations, including internal medicine, surgery, emergency medicine, pediatrics, and family medicine. She also spent two rotations specializing in dermatology, and focused her master's thesis on melanoma. Mauricio R. Manuel, Jr., BSN, PA-C completed undergraduate studies at the University of Maryland At Baltimore with a degree in Nursing and completed his Physician Assistant studies at Anne Arundel's Physician Assistant program in 1998. He is an active member of the Maryland Academy of Physician Assistants.
