Ask A Doctor
It is possible to get multiple procedures done at the same time? I would like to have labiaplasty with reduction of vaginal hood as well vaginal tightening done at the same time. I 52 yrs. old & have had 4 children. Thank you.

I have never had a problem with my pelvic floor after having 4 children while in upright positions. However, I gave birth to a 5th baby and was forced to lay on my back and it made my perineum strain. The OB cut my perineum and it weakened the muscle and tendons that support the pelvic floor. I did not give her permission to do it and it was not necessary for her to do it. Anyway, my vagina is twice the opening. When I walk I hear pop sounds from air being pushed out. I absolutely hate how it was left. To everyone out there; You can't deliver on your back! It closes the opening by 30% and immobilizes your tail bone. Horrible for the pelvic muscles. Learned the hard way, Can this be corrected? I also have some bladder prolapse and uterine prolapse. Thank you!

My gynecologist diagnosed me with lichens schlorosis earlier this year. He prescribed an ointment to use but I still experience daily pain, bleeding and discomfort. I'm hardly ever "well" enough for intercourse with my husband. Would vaginal rejuvenation be helpful?

Can my tubes be reversed if they have been cut, tied, burnt and a space taken out between them?

Can Vaginal Rejuvenation be done for vaginal atrophy and does it require anesthesia? I saw it on the Doctor's, and the woman was awake through the procedure. I have painful intercourse. I am sixty-two.

Dr. Oliver Bayouth, M.D. in Orlando, is a praiseworthy obstetrician and gynecologist, committed husband to another physician, and dependable father of two children.  He is a 27 year resident of Orlando and president of The Perinatal Center, P.A. practice.  He has been a solo practitioner for the past 27 years and he continues to offer his dedication to saving the lives of women and unborn babies.  He is well known for his perseverance. He continues to try and save each patient, even when all others think it is impossible.  This quality has gained him respect from all around him. Patients who still have their lives and their children's lives are especially grateful for Dr. Bayouth's excellent high risk pregnancy care; his care has allowed his patients to realize themselves through their newborn child.

Dr. Oliver K Bayouth MD  was the first maternal fetal medicine specialist to come to Orlando. The first and best.

First to perform one layer closure in-utero. Many years later it became standard of care.

First to perform in-utero procedures in the Central Florida area (intrauterine abdominal taps of fetuses and intrauterine transfusions).

Rare expertise which he obtained doing his fellowship training in maternal fetal medicine (high risk obstetrics) in Jackson Memorial Hospital in Miami, FL.

Dr. Bayouth has built his career upon his enthusiasm for exposing himself to difficult knowledge training.  He earned his B.S. Degree in 1976 with the honor of Cum Laude.  Then, Dr. Bayouth earned his Medical Degree at the Universidad del Caribe in 1980.  From 1980 through 1984 he completed his residency in obstetrics & gynecology at Newark Beth Israel Medical Center in Newark, New Jersey and at Hartford Hospital in Hartford, Connecticut. To deepen his knowledge and experience, Dr. Bayouth then completed a fellowship at Jackson Memorial Hospital in Miami, Florida.  These additional two years of extensive training allows him to practice a sub-specialty in perinatology (high risk pregnancies).  In 1987, Dr. Bayouth established his practice in order to provide women and unborn babies with the rare expertise which he gained during that fellowship training.  He has shared his knowledge with fellow doctors by holding positions like Chairman of the Department of Obstetrics & Gynecology at Winnie Palmer/Arnold Palmer Hospital for six years. Dr. Bayouth instituted a quality committee and he was chief of this committee for two years. Dr. Bayouth is board certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology and continues to be a fellow of the American College of Obstetrics & Gynecology.
