My partner was recently seen by this Dr. for a moderate to severe psychiatric condition and w/past addiction problems. Despite being stable at the time this Dr. chose to modify the patient's stabilizing medication and prescribed Alprazolem (Xanax) and Ambien despite the patients strong addictive history. This was done after only one 1-hr. visit and with little/no additional reliable history other than that provided by the patient himself. This patient is now experiencing severe crisis as a result.View More
