43 year old woman that presented to Castellano Cosmetic Surgery Center wanting to enhance the look of her small breasts. She had been considering breast augmentation for quite some time. She finally decided to proceed. We decided on a submuscular, periareolar silicone breast aumentation with 339cc style 15 breast implants.
Breast Augmentation (Silicone Gel Implants)
This is a 39 year old woman from Tampa, FL that presented to our practice with complaints of asymmetry and volume loss of her breasts. To achieve symmetry she would require a breast lift (mastopexy). To achieve larger breasts we recommended a breast augmentation. She underwent a bilateral mastopexy augmentation with a 325cc style 20 silicone breast implant on the left and a 350cc style 20 implant on the right. She was very happy with her result.

We performed a dual plane facelift, upper and lower eyelid surgery, and full face laser skin resurfacing. She is quite pleased. Her after photos are only two weeks post-operative.
