Dear Myrna, No there is not. There is a new laser which holds some promise in that it rejuvenates collagen without removing the top layer of skin. This laser assisted skin rejuvenation may be a help with stretch marks. All lasers to date have been uniformly disappointing in such treatment.

It depends on what is composing the double chin----fat, skin, muscle. Usually the best results are achieved with operations that attack what ever is causing the excess.
