Dr. Bartlett is one of the few surgeons in the Vancouver area to have completed a Fellowship with the American Academy of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery and to be certified with the American Board of Facial and Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery. He is a Fellow of the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons and is also Board Certified by the American Board of Otolaryngology - Head and Neck Surgery.
Dr. Bartlett belongs to numerous Canadian and American medical associations, has co-authored several scientific publications, and has organized and lectured at facial plastic surgery courses for other surgeons. He also has an academic appointment in the Department of Surgery at the University of British Columbia where he is involved with teaching facial plastic surgery to residents in training.
