This 44 year old African American patient came to see Dr Louis Cole for an increase in her breast size after having children. She had larger more full breasts prior to breast feeding. She underwent tumescent liposuction of her upper and lower abdomen with fat transfer to her breasts. Patient achieved an increase in size and fullness and she was very pleased with the results.
