Acceptance and Commitment Therapy resonates with my own expeirence of dealing with feelings in an accepting and non-judgmental way and living a valued lifestyle.
What is your favorite procedure to perform and why?
I especially love to help a client slow down and become aware of the present moment, open to their internal experience, and at peace with who they are.
In a perfect world, when would you like to retire, where would you go and what would you do?
In a perfect world, I would like to continue to do this work for as long as I am physically and cognitively able.
