Ideal Candidate: We use only FDA approved Botox and we mix it fresh so that the potency is best. Buyers beware. Botox can be copied and it loses it's potency over time after it has been reconstituted. If your Botox treatment doesn't "take" we will see you and make sure you are happy with your treatment-even if we have to redo it for free. Some patients need more Botox than others, but you should not accept a poor outcome.

Ideal Candidate: If you are dissatisfied with your breast size, augmentation surgery is a choice to consider. Breast augmentation can: -Increase fullness and projection of your breasts -Improve the balance of your figure -Enhance your self-image and self-confidence -they are usually placed underneath the muscle if they are saline Implants also may be used to reconstruct a breast after mastectomy or injury.

Ideal Candidate: Silicone implants are now available after being taken off the market for over 15 years to be researched and improved. They are now better than ever and feel much more natural than saline. They are more expensive, but they are worth it.

Ideal Candidate: This combination procedure is often performed in women who have droopy breasts (by heredity) or often after childbearing and breastfeeding. The lift alone does not always give the fullness to the breasts and an implant placed below the muscle will give the fullness in the cleavage women are looking for.

Ideal Candidate: This procedure is often done on patients with implants that are over 10-15-even 25 years old. Any woman with hard implants that are over 20 years old ought to have them removed and exchanged or at least evaluated for possible contracture or leakage. Some of the older implants developed calcifications in the capsular contracture and this indicates an underlying problem. Breast implants should not be hard, they should be soft. A revision is indicated if the implants are misshapen or firm.

Ideal Candidate: Fillers are good here as well if you want to have something doen but don't have the time or money for surgery and want to see how it will look. Think about Radiesse filler for chin augmentation. It can be done in the office in less than 15 min.

Ideal Candidate: Hyaluronic acid (like juvederm and restylane) fillers have pretty much replaced the collagen fillers. These can be injected without haveing to do a test dose and wait to be sure there is no reaction like we used to do with collagen.

Ideal Candidate: Many doctors do the same surgeries as plastic surgeons but we don't all have the same outcome. Opthamologists do this procedure. Oculoplastic surgeons do this procedure. Some ENT doctors do this. Make sure to ask your doctor to see come before and after pictures before you make your choice. I am Board Certified in Plastic and Reconstructive surgery by the ABPS.
