Breast Augmentation (Saline Implants)

- Melendez, Yenny - This 5'6" 135 lb, 26 year old Hispanic patient presented to our Greenbelt, MD office complaining of small breasts. She stated that she didn't like the way she looked in her tops and snug-fitting outfits and wanted more cleavage. She felt like her breasts were disproportionate to the rest of her body and thought having breast augmentation surgery would help to "even out" her appearance. She chose to undergo breast augmentation with 500 cc saline filled implants. Her result was a natural-looking, perky, D cup decolletage. The patient was ecstatic with her result and was very happy she did this for herself.
