This patient was a 34 year old 5?6? tall, 145 lb Black female who presented to our Greenbelt, MD office complaining of fullness over her abdomen and flanks. She had a tummy tuck done by another physician, a few years prior, but her flanks were not suctioned in that surgery. She stated the procedure left her looking like more of a square block than coutoured. She stated that she was actually more shapely before she had her abdominoplasty. By not liposuctioning her sides, she feels that she was left more rectangular in shape. We suctioned her abdomen and flanks and gave her the contoured, ?coke bottle? shape she was looking for. She had a great result and was thrilled to finally have the small waist and tight and contoured shape she so desired.
