She was happy with the size of breasts and didn?t want to add an implant, but she wasn?t comfortable with the way her breasts sagged. She wanted to restore their youthful, perky appearance, while maintaining their size. She opted to undergo a bilateral mastopexy (breast lift). We suctioned her abdomen, flanks and back and transferred the fat to the buttocks. The procedure narrowed her waist and gave her the fuller, more round buttocks that she was looking for.

This patient was a 31 year old 5'07 tall, 180 lb Black female who presented to our Greenbelt, MD office desiring a fuller buttocks and more streamlined silhouette. The patient was ecstatic with her result and was very happy she did this for herself.

The patient complained of back neck and shoulder pain with shoulder creasing and occasional rashes in the creases beneath her breasts. She wears a 34DD bra, and felt that her breasts were uncomfortable and disproportionate for her frame. He underwent breast reductions surgery with removal of about 650 grams of tissue from each breast.
