Dr Michelow's extensive training and experience in cosmetic and reconstructive surgery ranks him among the most qualified surgeons in the nation. Dr. Michelow is certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgeons, is a member of the American Society of Plastic Surgery and is a member of the prestigious American Association of Plastic Surgeons. Membership of the latter association is extended to an elite group of plastic surgeons who are recognized by their peers to have made important contributions to the art and science of plastic surgery.

Dr. Michelow serves on the Policy and Payment Committee of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons and is an executive member of the Ohio Valley Society of Plastic Surgeons.
