I am writing this because I know how hard it is to trust someone basically with everything you have. I went in to see Dr. Pousti because I needed a revision done from a botched breast augmentation done by another surgeon in Texas. I was so self conscious especially since I have been waiting my whole life to be able to have breast augmentation surgery. After my 1st surgery went bad with the other surgeon, I felt as though all my fears and insecurity came back. I didn't want to risk going back to him. I was referred by a lot of military wives to Dr. Pousti. I was initially impressed by his bedside manner. He is beyond professional and is extremely courteous. Dr. Pousti's staff goes above and beyond, I am not exaggerating. He sent me a get well card and his staff followed up with a phone call the day of surgery. I have had follow up appointments every 2 wks just so he can make sure everything is going as planned. He was very concerned for my well being and made sure that he did the best he could to acheive the look I desired. I personally have referred a few friends to him. Dr. Pousti's office makes his patients #1 priority. Thanks so much for everything, I truely appreciate it.

--Forwarded Message Attachment-- From: araycroft@msn.com To: info@pousti.com Subject: My testimonial - thanks to everyone there!! Date: Wed, 21 Oct 2009 05:37:00 -0800 Hi Everyone!! I just wanted to let everyone out there know what a brilliant doctor Dr. Pousti is. I am sure I had probably one of the most difficult problems any doctor who does plastic surgery has ever encountered. My problems started when I had my initial implants done in 1997. They looked great but I soon developed a problem with encapsulation on my left side. Within a year or so I became pregnant and my surgeon didn't want to do anything extreme because of the pregnancy so his plan was to temporarily remove the implant until after I delivered my daughter. Unfortunately in the intervening time, he suffered a massive heart attack and died. Here is where my problems began. I sought the advice of my family doctor and was referred to a general plastic surgeon in our area. I am sure she thought he would easily replace the implant that had been removed and what could really go wrong from there? The answer? Everything! From day one after the surgery, I complained that the implant felt like it was "falling". I saw the doctor several time after the surgery with the same complaint but he never paid much attention to my concerns and retired shortly thereafter. A few months later, I noticed what I could only describe as a scab on the underside of my breast that had the implant replaced. I had no idea what it was. I went to my GP who again referred me to another local plastic surgeon. He saw me immediately and upon examination told me that the implant was quite literally "falling out" of the skin and would have to be removed right away. Time was required to heal the damage before I could have the implant replaced and was left with one side much larger then the other for several months. Because of the considerable scar tissue that I now had, after the implant was replaced I was left with a enormous dent on the underside of my left breast. The local plastic surgeon who did my surgery said he was pleased with the results, and although not perfect, he was not comfortable doing further surgery himself to improve the general contour. After searching the internet, I found another plastic surgeon a few hours away from where we lived. He looked very promising as he did a lot of reconstruction work on other women and I had my fingers crossed. Three surgeries later with him and and I was still left with a deformed breast and him at a loss about what more he could do for me. Many, many more hours of research later on the internet we found Dr. Pousti. We read hours worth of testimonials from his patients and his website provided many pictures of every type of surgery he performed. I think what impressed us the most is that not every result was perfect but every patient praised the fact that Dr. Pousti had been very honest with what he thought he could do for them. I called his office and requested a consultation. His reception staff were exceptional and we booked our flights to see him. We first met with Dr. Pousti in December 2008. What can I say? His entire staff was fabulous and he was just as great. He reviewed my problem and was very patient answering all the questions my husband and I had. He never said that he could make me look perfect but definately said he could improve the look and contour of my breast significantly and assured me that I would be very happy with the results. I also wanted to increase my implant size but had been told by two previous surgeons that this would not be a wise idea. Dr. Pousti assured me he could perform the reconstruction and also increase my breasts to the size I wanted. I booked my surgery for March 2009. After careful consideration with Dr. Pousti, we decided to break the procedure into two stages. Because of the distance we had to travel, my husband and I really wanted to do everything in one surgery but decided that doctor knew best and took Dr. Pousti's advice. In March he repaired my "dent" and did a lift. We flew home and gave the first surgery time to heal and returned approximately 7 months later to have the implants replaced from the current 500 ccs to 1200 ccs. You can see from the pictures that the results are phenomenal. I am now about two weeks post op and am loving my new breasts!!! The pictures really do not do them justice. He seemed to be able to do what no one else would even attempt. After both surgeries, Daisy and Vanessa followed up every day or two to see how I was doing and if I had any questions or concerns about the procedures. All and all, both my husband and I are thrilled with the outcome and considering the distance we had to travel, we still think it worth every mile. Dr. Pousti and his staff met and exceeded our expectations. They are all wonderful people and Dr. Pousti is very friendly and genuine in his concern for the well being of his patients. Because my problem seemed to be so rare, it was important to seek the best possible plastic surgeon out there and we have not a doubt that we found him. We think that you would be hard pressed to find anyone better and who also had a staff to match. If you are like my husband and I, you will research and read testimonials until you are sick to death of reading "what a great surgeon Dr. Pousti is and what a great staff he has" but every word of it is true. Again, he doesn't promise perfection all the time but you can trust that he will do what he promises and have your needs and desires in mind. Thanks to everyone! You made a very difficult time much easier to deal with. I don't know what else to say other than if you are looking for a plastic surgeon with superior skills, your search can end here. You have found the best there is. Friend from Canada

I would and do recommend Dr.Kincaid and his office to my family and friends. My story is very much like a lot of ladies my age. I?m 33, Hispanic and married and have 3 big boys. Before I had my babies my breast were a "full b" and after breastfeeding 3 kids my breast disappeared it was so devastating. I felt like I was going through puberty all over again it was terrible they became a ?big A to small B?... So I went in for a consultation with Dr. Kincaid and right away felt so safe. His staff and his manners really made me feel welcomed. All the information they gave me made my decision so easy...I was having surgery for the first time in my life, to be put a sleep for the first time was super scary but he made me feel good and secure. At my appointment before my surgery they call it a Pre-op appointment, they held my hand and walked me through everything that was going to happen and what to expect after the surgery, I left there feeling even more sure that I had made a good and well informed decision . The surgery center was amazing they were so nice. I would let them put my own kids to sleep if need be, that?s how safe they made me feel. I love my whole experience with the office of Dr. Kincaid and the surgery center... I?m a completely happy woman with breast. Wish I would of found Dr. Kincaid when I was younger.

Dr. Koo makes every effort to make her patients happy with their results. I honestly did not expect to be this happy with my implants, as I was extremely asymmetrical to start with. I had implants 10 years ago (not from Dr. Koo) and was never very happy with the outcome. I am 35 years old, and this is the first time in my life that I am confident about my breasts. I will definitely go back to Dr. Koo for other services. She is my God!

I'm 5'2, and at age 22, I gained 50lbs in about 4 months (went from 135lbs to 188lbs). I carried the weight for about a year and then decided to lose it. I lost 70lbs (went down to 118lbs) in 5 months! Unfortunately, my breasts did not survive the quick weight gain and loss. My breasts turned into saggy bags of skin that literally fell out of my bra when I bent over. Once my weight stabilized, I went to Dr. Kincaid (based on a friend's recommendation) for a breast lift and augmentation with saline implants. It had now been a year since my surgery and I LOVE my new breasts!! They are perky, full, youthful, and 2 cup sizes bigger! They are my favorite fashion accessory and I'm no longer shy about showing off some cleavage! Because I had a lift and my implants where put under the muscle, the recovery period was long and quite painful, but I would do it again in a second. Dr. Kincaid and his staff are very professional and friendly. I recommend them very highly. I am even going back to him for additional surgeries (not breast related) because I trust them and I know I will get great results!!

I've chose Dr. Kincaid to do my breast augmentation (saline impants under the muscle) which came out to be a success! He is a certified plastic surgeon for over 23 years. I've seen some of his works on his website and also spoke with people who were previous patient and the outcomes were successful. I just wanted to say thank you Dr. Kincaid for all that you did for me. Your staff is just wonderful and they took such good care of me before, during, and after surgery. You, your staff, and the aesthesiologist made me feel safe, confident, and comfortable going through surgery. I had no second thoughts or doubts. I thank you most Dr. Kincaid for giving me a "new look" and what a great job you did. They look very natural that the incision have healed well. Thanks again.

Dr. Kincaid is a great doctor. I'm currently in the military and have gone through the procedure twice. the first time I had the procedure done everything went well but being forward deployed I was not able to keep coming in for the appts. I had an incident that required to have the left implant tooken out. being in the military the doctors are not plastic surgeons so they did the surgery and the outcome of it was terrible. my left breast was pretty much left deformed. I immediately contacted Dr. Kincaids office to have the procedure redone due to the incident. he redid the procedure and the outcome of it was great. my breast look normal like nothing even happened. I am very satisfied with everything.
